Hello Family!!
This week we have been working a lot with members and less actives. I never realized how much we have been blessed in our lives until now. This week a recent convert who is awesome but is having a really hard time in life let us know just how bad thing really are. We got a text from her that said that she could no longer pay to run her heaters so if we had any extra blankets they would be greatly appreciated. We didn't have any but we were at Rite Aid and I saw some blankets for $2. They were really thin so I bought two for each of them. When we took them over to her we found out that they all the kids were sleeping on the floor. I really broke my heart. So we gave them to her and tried to lift her spirits a little bit. Then the next day we went back and someone had an extra futon mattress and an air mattress so we moved them into her apartment and set them up. Later on that night we had a ward "great exchange" (DI drive) where you could go through others stuff before it was loaded into the trailer. We found her another air mattress. We also found five really warm blankets in another missionaries apartment we we washed them (Who knows when they were last washed) and gave them to her. Anyway the whole point of this entire story is I am SO grateful for everything that we have been blessed with.
